Lashline Studio – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Lashline Studio ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using our website and booking beauty services with us. By booking through our website, you agree to these Terms.

3. Services, Description & Pricing
- We provide beauty salon services, including eyelash treatments.
- All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
- The total amount payable will always be displayed before you confirm your booking.
4. Payment
- Payment is required at the time of booking.
- By clicking the booking button, you agree you are entering into a legally binding contract and are obliged to pay.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Stripe.
- Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed back to the same payment method used at booking.
6. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Because appointments are booked for a specific date and time, the standard 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law does not apply.
7. Performance of Services
We will provide services at the agreed appointment time and with reasonable care and skill, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Booking Confirmation
Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation forms the binding contract between you and Lashline Studio.
9. Changes, Errors & Pricing Mistakes
If an error occurs in pricing or booking details, we reserve the right to correct it. If necessary, the booking may be cancelled and a full refund issued.
10. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your booking.
- We are not responsible for indirect losses such as travel costs, lost income, or inconvenience.
- Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us using the details on our website. We will do our best to resolve it promptly and fairly.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Gift Card Purchases
13.1 General
- We may offer gift cards ("Gift Cards") for use on our services and products.
- Any purchase of a Gift Card is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
- By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms.
13.2 Eligibility
- Gift Cards may only be purchased by individuals aged 18 or over.
- Gift Cards are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash except where required by law.
13.3 Purchase & Delivery
- Gift Cards may be purchased online or in person where available.
- Digital Gift Cards are delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
- Physical Gift Cards, if offered, will be posted or made available for collection.
13.4 Expiry
- Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Expiry dates will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- Unused balances after expiry are non-refundable except where required by law.
13.5 Redemption
- Gift Cards may be used toward eligible services and products at Lashline Studio.
- Partial use is permitted, and any remaining balance can be used for future bookings.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
13.6 Refunds
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
- Gift Cards purchased online may be cancelled within 14 days if they have not been used.
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
13.7 Lost or Stolen Cards
- Gift Cards should be treated like cash.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use.
- Replacement may be offered at our discretion with proof of purchase.
13.8 Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights are not affected. Services paid for using a Gift Card are subject to the same legal protections as any other payment method.
